This four-bedroom single-family home explores the relationship between the two wings of an L-shaped plan, ensuring neither mass takes precedence over the other. Located in the town of East Hampton, the gabled wing accommodates the communal spaces—living, dining, and kitchen—where a vaulted ceiling reinforces openness and natural light. The two-story wing, articulated as a flat-roof volume, organizes the private bedrooms, while a single-story connector unites the two masses, establishing a cohesive spatial and programmatic composition. Vertical elements, including the fireplace and chimney, align across the elevations, visually linking each wing to its corresponding form. This project was done in collaboration with Brad Hooks design office, renderings by CREO.
